Can you believe it’s almost that time of year again? Betwixtmas is almost upon us. The time of slow days and nights, settled down in our favourite knitting spot creating something beautiful, a gift to ourselves after a busy season.
Designed by Black Sheep favourite, Sarah Hatton, this year it’s a stunning, knitted fair isle cowl and wristwarmers. Knitted in luxury yarns that blend kid mohair, mulberry silk and merino wool creating a sumptuous fabric and beautiful colourwork.
The kits will be officially launched in-store and online on Saturday 25th November and we are going to celebrate. There will be Christmas carols, mince pies and maybe a glass of Buck's Fizz or two. Plus the official launch video will be filmed live in the Craft Barn in the morning! Hopefully we will see you there. It promises to be a super day full of fun.
We have four exclusive kits for you containing stunning Rowan Kidsilk Haze and Fyberspates CoopKnits Socks Yeah! 4ply. The colourways are beautiful, we have Blitzen, Cupid, Prancer and Dasher; it’s difficult to pick a favourite. Each kit contains two balls of Kidsilk Haze and two hanks of Socks Yeah 4ply, a printed pattern, postcard and a twinkly hand-made stitch marker from Fripperies and Bibelot. Plus it is all wrapped up in a bespoke Betwixtmas 2023 mini project bag. It’s the perfect present for you!
As always the Betwixtmas pattern is available as a FREE digital download so everyone can join in the fun. You can stash-bust or make yours in something completely different – it’s up to you! Don't forget to share your Betwixtmas in our Facebook Make Along group. We love to see all the colourways and your progress.
The official live cast on will be on Christmas Eve at 1pm. Join me in your Christmas jumper to cast on together and share some hints and tips.
All our love and Happy Christmas from
