Duties and responsibilities

Managing customer order enquiries, by email, website and phone

Advising customers with general knitting, crochet and product enquiries and turning these into sales

Working closely with our warehouse and shop teams

Providing feedback on service and errors and flagging any problems early

Identifying and assessing customer needs to provide even better service in future

 

Requirements

Previous customer service experience within an ecommerce setting

Genuinely desire to help people, get stuck in and learn on the job

A background in knitting, crochet and craft would be ideal

Excellent IT and communication skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage your time effectively

 

Hours and place of work

15 hours a week over 5 mornings, with some flexibility around start and finish time

Ideal for a parent wanting to fit around the school run 

During peak times, there may be an opportunity to work extra hours

Based at The Craft Barn in Culcheth, Warrington
