Click & Collect

We are now offering a Click & Collect service

Collection times:
Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm
Bank Holidays 10am - 4pm 

It will take us up to two working days to process your order, please do not try to collect your order until you have had a 'ready for collection' email. 

Workshops are not eligible for click and collect.

If you do not collect your order within 3 working days of your email notification we will cancel and refund your order.

Placing an Order

  • If you've shopped online with us before, you may not see the Click & Collect option immediately. To fix this, click 'change' next to your address and the option will be available. 

  • If you do not wish to use the Click & Collect service, please continue to Checkout as usual.
  • Please note - when you check your Black Sheep Account, orders ready to pick up are shown as 'fulfilled'
How to Collect
  • You will need to show your ‘ready for collection’ email at the cash desk, either a printed or digital version

Please note. You will not be able to change, add or remove items from your order once it has been placed.
