Fair Isle and Bead Knitting Workshop with tutor, Debbie Abrahams
Saturday 10th October 2026 | 10.15am - 4.15pm
Working on a small project using a combination of premium quality yarns, you will be given the opportunity to learn the technique of fairisle knitting in the round (stranding, weaving-in and keeping yarns untangled), hooked-in and slip-stitch beading.
You will need to bring 1 circular 2.50mm, 1 circular 3.50mm (Both circular needles: 40cm or 50cm length, and no longer as the project is knitted in the round) Crochet hook, max size 0.75mm OR Superfloss OR fine wire (for hooking in beads) Fine needle and thread (for threading beads onto yarn) 2 stitch markers Scissors Pad and pencil Hi-lighter pen or washi-tape (for marking the chart)
There are 10 places on this workshop.

- Yarn kit, refreshments and lunch will be provided on the day. The workshop takes place at the Black Sheep Craft Barn in Warrington.

N.B. Sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control workshops and events may be cancelled. At which point the cost of your workshop will be fully refunded. We cannot be held liable for any travel costs incurred.
Please note: All cancellations incur a £10 admin fee and if you cancel within 14 days of the workshop, you will be charged the full cost.
