How to Knit a Top Down Raglan Sweater Workshop with tutor, Anniken Allis
Saturday 20th June 2026 | 10.15am - 4.15pm
Top down sweaters are increasingly popular. You can try the sweater on as you knit it and this makes it easier to get a perfect fit.
In this class you will learn raglan sweater construction, how to work in the round, how to shape the yoke and neckline, how to divide for the sleeves and work the sleeves and lower body. You will also learn how to calculate your own numbers so you can knit a custom sweater.
Please bring: 4mm circular needles (80cm long)
Skills needed: Knit, purl, cast on and cast off
There are 10 places on this workshop.
What's Included?
- Yarn, refreshments and lunch will be provided on the day. The workshop takes place at the Black Sheep Craft Barn in Warrington.
