Learn to Knit Morning Workshop with tutor, Sarah Daly
Saturday 16th May 2026 | 9.30am - 12.30pm
Come along for a morning to learn the basics of knitting or just to brush up on your skills if you are returning to knitting after a long break.
We will cover the following:
Casting on; knit and purl stitches; Garter stitch; stocking stitch and casting off.
We will also look at reading a very basic pattern and understanding terminology and abbreviations.
Most importantly we will have fun too.
We will provide knitting needles and yarn.
There are 10 places on this workshop.
What's Included?
- Yarn, needles and refreshments provided on the day.
Email specific dietary requirements to customerservice@blacksheepwools.com at least 7 days prior to the workshop. Amendments after this date are chargeable.
- A special 10% discount voucher. This can be used once in store, exclusions include workshops, clearance, gift cards and colour packs.
- Once purchased you will receive a letter explaining more about the day. Letters will be sent out nearer to the workshop date.
N.B. Sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control workshops and events may be cancelled. At which point the cost of your workshop will be fully refunded. We cannot be held liable for any travel costs incurred.
Please note: All cancellations incur a £10 admin fee and if you cancel within 14 days of the workshop, you will be charged the full cost.
