Festive Fair Isle Knitted Slipper Workshop with tutor, Carol Meldrum.
Saturday 19th November 2022 | 10am - 4pm
We will work through the techniques needed to create a colourful slipper sock. The project is worked in the round from the toe up using magic loop technique or double pointed needles. For the foot upper, you will have a choice of a traditional stranded knit pattern to work from, or can go crazy with the stripes.
We will also look at adding embellishments such as embroidery or surface decoration to give your cosy toes slippers their own personality.
There are 10 places on this workshop.

- This workshop requires a little homework of stocking stitch knitted swatches. Full details will be included in the letter.
- Once purchased you will receive a letter explaining more about the day. Letters will be sent out nearer to the workshop date.
N.B. Sometimes due to circumstances beyond our control workshops and events may be cancelled. At which point the cost of your workshop will be fully refunded. We cannot be held liable for any travel costs incurred.
Please note if you choose to make a cancellation within 7 days of the event, you will still be charged.
