Q. I can no longer access my account on your new site, it says "Invalid Log In Credentials".  What should I do?

The first time you shop on this new site, please go to "Register / Reactivate Account." 
Enter your name and email address and create a password, then click "Go" (don't forget to check the box for news updates from Black Sheep Wools).

We will send you an email to verify your account. Once you've clicked the link, you're good to go; your address details are already set up so next time you visit us you can log in using "Existing Accounts". 

Q. Where is my order history?

Unfortunately, we have not been able to migrate customer's previous orders to this website. However, we still have this information so if there's anything you need to know, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Q. Where are my digital patterns?

We've got all of these safe, but we are having technical issues in linking them to some customer accounts. Our techies are working hard to get this sorted. In the meantime, if you require access to your patterns, please message us here and we will get them to you.

Q. I had trouble checking out orders with your old website. Is this problem fixed?

Yes!  We're happy to report that all previous checkout issues are fixed on this new website!
