Georgia became conceptualising Abstract in early 2020 during the first lockdown in the UK when she was working from home. Unable to leave the house Georgia found inspiration from books, journals and blogs focusing on architectural photography and its abtract way; lines, blocks of colour, texture and pattern.
Georgia created 10 hand knit designs by first creating swatches plying up different qualities of yarn, different fibres and colours and adding extra layers of detail. These elements are shown in her unique designs creating ten abstract garments in Rowan Kidsilk Haze and Felted Tweed.
