Behind the Scenes at the Kaffe Fassett Studio Evening Lecture with Brandon Mably

Thursday 6th July 2017 | 6.30 - 8.30pm

This lecture will be taking place at the British Legion (Wigshaw Lane, Warrington WA3 4LY) in Culcheth, Warrington. Only a 2 minute drive down the road from the Black Sheep Craft Barn.

Brandon Mably will share a rare glimpse behind the scenes of the colourful and inspiring London home and studio of artist and designer Kaffe Fassett. Brandon has been running the studio for over twenty years, as well as teaching alongside Kaffe Fassett and being his right hand man for the past 18 best-selling books. The visual presentation will be one hour long, looking at images on how both Kaffe and Brandon find inspiration and use it in design though all the mediums they work in. This lecture should be of interest to anyone interested in colour, inspiration and design.

Brandon Mably, from the Kaffe Fassett Studio in London, England has been working with Internationally renowned textile and best selling author Kaffe Fassett for the past 26 years. He travels worldwide to teach workshops on colour in design and give lectures. Brandon is the author of 3 books and has been the production manager for the past 25 books from the Kaffe Fassett Studio. Brandon is a self taught artist turning his attention to playing with arrangements of color in design though knit wear collections, needlepoint, rag rug, mosaic, interior design and has formed a reputation in the patchwork and quilting world designing his own range of fabrics for the Kaffe Fassett Collective fabric range for Westminster Fibers.

Once purchased you will receive a letter explaining more about the day.

Shipping to Rest of the World: £10.00 per order

Unfortunately due to unreliable postal service, we are no longer able to ship to Russia. 

Every effort is made to ensure that delivery is within a maximum of 7 working days for orders in the UK. Please allow for extra delivery time for any orders outside of the UK. All goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within 28 days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date.

Please allow 7 working days for delivery before contacting us to chase your order.

All products are delivered either by Royal Mail (1st class) or courier, depending on their size and value. On rare occasions different products in the same order may be delivered separately.

International customers please note: If your parcel exceeds 2kg, we reserve the right to amend shipping charges. If this applies to you we will contact you at the earliest opportunity.

Return & Replacements

If you are unhappy with your goods, you can return them in a saleable condition within 28 days of receipt for a full refund, in line with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. We cannot accept responsibility should your returns go missing.

All returns are required to be accompanied with a covering letter and a copy of invoice or receipt.

A refund will be issued as soon as we receive the goods for the price paid for the item.

We will provide a full refund of postage costs for a returned item if the return is a result of an error that the company has made or the goods are faulty.

Patterns & Pattern Books are NON Refundable.
