I just wanted to say a big thank you for offering such an excellent service. I had run out of wool near the end of a project (a jumper I was knitting for my husband as a surprise for Christmas). Apart from the fact that you were one of the only stockists of this wool as it was a discontinued line, it arrived within 24 hours of my having ordered it. The lady I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and polite and I couldn't have asked for more. The jumper is now complete, apart from the sewing up (the part I hate most!). Still, there are some very useful videos on You Tube which I will follow and hopefully my husband will be delighted with the result! Once again, many thanks.
